We purchase our chemicals from some internationally recognised global manufacturers such as Petrochem Carless, Univar, WD40 and BASF. These suppliers are world leaders in quality chemical manufacture and produce some of the UK`s most popular solvents, glycol ethers, and aromatic to aliphatic hydrocarbons. Most of these fluids are purchased in bulk at 30,000 litres at a time and repackaged into branded Revolution containers of different sizes. Antifreeze and screenwash, for example have become large volume sellers and although antifreeze is now more of an all year round product, Revolution will sell over a 300,000 litres in a single winter period. Brake Cleaner is a blend of pure hydrocarbons. A non-chlorinated solvent for removing dirt, dust, grease, oil and brake fluid from brake discs, calipers and drums. Revolution brake cleaner helps maintain the efficient operation of braking systems. It is specially formulated to remove persistent brake pad dust preventing brake squeal and chatter and is also suitable for precise degreasing of metal parts, leaving no oily film. Supplied in 5 litre tins, 20 litre plastic containers and 205ltrs. Also available is an easy dispense tap for the 20ltrs. The container is rectangular and can be placed on its side to dispense the fluid from a tap. Pressure pump brake cleaner dispenser and standard brake cleaner spray bottle also available.
Brake Fluid Dot 4 is made from high molecular weight polyalkylene glycol ethers and polyalkylene glycol ether borates, to give a high boiling point fluid of Dot 4 quality. The product is blended with special additives that prevent fluid oxidation, rust and the swelling of the piston seals used in conventional brake systems. Revolution Brake Fluid Dot 4 has been manufactured to exceed vehicle manufacturer's standards and has been designed for use at high temperatures under the most severe conditions. This fluid is compatible with all other non-mineral brake fluids manufactured to the same specifications. It is available in 1 litre (with optional spout), 5 litre, 20/25 litre and 205ltrs containers.

Brake Fluid Dot 5 Synthetic highest quality brake fluid, formulated for today’s high performance vehicles. Minimum wet boiling point of 180°c - ideal for all ABS systems. Non-Silicone based can be mixed safely with DOT 3 & DOT 4 Fluids. International Classification: FMVSS 116 DOT 5.1, ISO 4925. Available in 1 litre(with optional spout), 5 litres and 20/25litres.
WD40 protects metal from rust and corrosion, penetrates stuck or jammed parts, displaces moisture, and lubricates just about anything. WD-40 is also great when it comes to cleaning grease, grime, and other marks from most surfaces. 5 products in 1.
- Cleans: WD-40 gets under dirt, marks and grease making it easy to wipe away. It also dissolves adhesives, allowing easy removal of labels, tape, and stickers
- Protects: WD-40 protects metal surfaces with corrosion-resistant ingredients to shield against moisture and other corrosive elements
- Lubricates: WD-40's lubricating ingredients are widely dispersed and hold firmly to all moving parts
- Penetrates: WD-40 loosens rust-to-metal bonds and frees stuck, frozen or rusted metal parts
- Displaces Moisture: Because WD-40 displaces moisture, it quickly dries out electrical systems to eliminate moisture-induced short circuits.

Maintenance Fluid a general purpose, low cost, economy version of the WD40. This product will clean, protect, lubricate, penetrate and displace moisture in all applications from DIY and vehicle maintenance to gardening and tool repair. Revolution maintenance fluid is supplied in bulk 20 litre containers with a free dispenser and spray bottle for easy dispensing.
AdBlue is a trade name for AUS32 (Aqueous Urea Solution 32.5%). It is injected in to the exhaust gases of modern diesel engines as a post combustion process. Its purpose is to reduce the percentage of harmful NOx(Nitrous Oxides) present in the vehicle emissions. The reaction takes place in a piece of equipment called the SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction). The requirement to reduce vehicle harmful emissions are specified in European legislation, namely Euro 4, 5 and 6. Manufacturers need to call upon one of two types of technology to meet current legislation, either the SCR or the EGR( Exhaust Gas Recirculation). AdBlue is made up from 32.5% Urea mixed with deionised water. AdBlue is only ever used in conjunction with an SCR. Revolution supplies ADBlue in 20 litres and 205 litres containers.
De-ionised Water Deionisation is aprocess utilizing special manufactured ion exchange resins which remove ionised salts from water. This can theoretically remove 100 % of salts. Deionisation typically does not remove organics, virus or bacteria except through “accidental” trapping in the resin and specially made strong base anion resins which will remove gram-negative bacteria. Deionised water is used in antifreeze (for dilution), in car batteries and in AdBlue to name a few of its uses. Revolution supplies deionised water in 1 litres, 5 litres, 25 litres, 205 litres and bulk.
LHM Fluid Plus is a specially formulated mineral based hydraulic and brake fluid. LHM Fluid Plus is manufactured from a specialised mineral oil and selected additives to produce a hydraulic and brake fluid with a very high viscosity index. Suitable for use in systems with pressure in excess of 150bar. LHM Fluid Plus is suitable as a mineral hydraulic fluid in Citroen, Audi and certain Jaguar applications. It is suitable for systems using green mineral oil. Never use this fluid in reservoirs painted black or those systems using vegetable or synthetic based fluids. It may be used in other cars where specifically recommended. Always consult your handbook. Available in 1 litres.
