Industrial Lubricants
Micron GP Machine Oil
High quality straight paraffnic type mineral oils suitable for most general purpose machine applications. The higher viscosity grades maybe used for circulating systems, bearing and many gearbox applications, not working under extreme pressure (EP) conditions. Available in ISO VG5, 10, 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680.
Tachus Slideway Oil
A range of machine tool lubricants designed to give optimum performance on slideways and machine beds, thus eliminating the stick slip often associated with poor componant surface finish and vibration whilst resisting the problems of wash off by soluble coolants and tramp oil contamination. Available in ISO VG 32,46,68,100,150 & 220
Trojan Gear Oil
A range of heavy duty gear oils for industrial enclosed gear sets with circulation or splash feed lubrication systems. These oils contain a high level of anti-wear, anti-foam properties together with a fully oxidation inhibited extreme pressure additive. Cyclone 4000 Compressor Oil
Superior compressor oil which allows for long periods between maintenance. For use in compressors with or without oil injection. ISO VG 46.
Neat Cutting Oils
Excelcut 401 (ISO 22)
A cost effective medium viscosity neat cutting oil suitable for the light to medium machining of ferrous and non ferrous materials especially for free cutting bronzes etc. Excelcut 401 is bland in odour and straw in colour.
Excelcut 427 (ISO 22)
A medium viscosity neat cutting oil containing high levels of chlorinated additives. It is suitable for medium duty machining, milling, tapping, turning and automatic spindle work of mild steels and non ferrous materials. Excelcut 427 is bland in odour and straw in colour.
Excelcut 430 (ISO 22)
A medium viscosity neat cutting oil. It is totally chlorine free, an important feature when considering fluid disposal and recycling. It is suitable for medium duty machining, hobbing, threading and tapping, multi-spindle and screw automic, milling and turning of all tensile steels including stainless and non ferrous metals. Excelcut 430 is bland in odour and straw in colour.
Excelcut 432 (ISO 22)
A heavy duty medium viscosity neat cutting oil containing very high levels of chlorinated and controlled release sulphur additives. It is suitable for heavy duty machining, gear hobbing and shaping, threading and tapping, multi-spindle and screw automics on mild, medium and high tensile steels, including stainless and non ferrous materials. Excelcut 432 is mild in odour and straw in colour.
Excelcut 433 (ISO 8)
A low viscosity neat cutting oil containing very high levels of controlled release sulphurised additives making it suitable for heavy duty machining, deep hole drilling, trepanning, broaching and high speed gear generation of mild, medium and high tensile steels including stainless and non ferrous metals. Excelcut 433 is a mild odour and straw in colour.
EDM Fluid
EDM 1
High quality, low odour, low misting clear water white product designed to produce excellent surface finish when used on fine tolerance work. Exceptional separation of metal fines.
EDM 2
A clear water white low viscosity hydrocarbon with good fine separation and flushing from the work area. For the use in small to medium EDM machines for both roughing and finishing, including fine tolerance work.
EDM S (Synthetic)
Simply the finest EDM fluid available - extremely clean to use with no detectable odour and very resistant to oxidation.
Water Soluble Cutting And Grinding Fluids
Excelgrind XL
A fully synthetic nitrite free grinding fluid which has excellent fines separation and emulsion longevity. Highly recommended for grinding tungsten carbide due to the low cobalt leeching effect.
Excelfluid NP
Excelfluid NP is a cost effective, non EP, milky soluble cutting fluid. It is designed for general purpose machining with good performance in both hard and soft water.
Excelfluid NPX
General purpose non-staining extreme pressure low odour milky soluble oil. Used for machining a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous materials including tough steels and aluminium alloys. Non phenolic.
Excelfluid GP
Biostable semi synthetic high dilution, long life, general purpose odourless cutting fluid suitable for use on conventional and CNC machines.
Excelfluid EP
High technology development of Excelfluid GP with the addition of extreme pressure and lubricity additives which enhance the fluids cutting performance. For use on tough alloy steels and non ferrous metals.
Excelfluid EPX
A blue opaque emulsion with excellent biostability and EP performance, suitable for use in both hard and soft water conditions. This product is multi metal compatible and is designed for use on C.N.C. machines and deep hole boring operations
Excelfluid AL
Biostable soluble cutting fluid concentrate formulated with very high levels of extreme pressure additives and fortified with a unique blend of fatty esters which synergistically react to give extremes in cutting performance. Designed for use in the machining of the toughest ferrous metals and difficult to machine aluminium alloys. It can be used in applications where neat oil is normally considered.
Pressing and Metal Forming
Excelform 907
A dark coloured low viscosity, extremely high EP treated product suitable for use in applications such as deep drawing etc. Giving excellent surface finish over a wide range of operating temperatures. Suitable for use on ferrous based work only. ISO VG 32
Excelform 909
A very light viscosity forming and stamping lubricant suitable for all materials, containing a mild corrosion inhibitor for post pressing protection.
Excelform 911
An extremely heavy duty metal forming and pressing lubricant suitable for use on alloy wheels, stainless and nimonics, can also be used for deep drawing, cold heading, blanking and piercing operations. KINEMATIC VISCOSITY @ 40C 130 cSt
Quench Oils
Excelquench 601
A normal speed quench oil for general heat treatment applications. ISO VG 22
Excelquench 602
A semi accelerated quench oil where a faster quench is desired ISO VG 22
Excelquench 603
A fully accelerated quench oil for use where rapid heat loss from the component is desired. ISO VG 22
Excelquench 1664
A "hot oil" type quench oil, specially formulated for aerospace treatments.
Excelquench 2053
A non accelerated quench oil with special additives to help remove the oil after treatment process.
