Revolution supplies a wide range of fluids that are not contained in our main section of lubricants. This is because as a comprehensive supplier of garage trade consumables we have developed our service items to include everything that a modern garage would require.
We purchase our chemicals from some internationally recognised global manufacturers such as Petrochem Carless, Univar, WD40 and BASF. These suppliers are world leaders in quality chemical manufacture and produce some of the UK`s most popular solvents, glycol ethers, and aromatic to aliphatic hydrocarbons. Most of these fluids are purchased in bulk at 30,000 litres at a time and repackaged into branded Revolution containers of different sizes. Antifreeze and screenwash, for example have become large volume sellers and although antifreeze is now more of an all year round product, Revolution will sell over a 300,000 litres in a single winter period. Our ability to spot buy on the market from reliable, proven suppliers means we will always offer the most competitive prices without fail, every time.

The following are brief descriptions of our antifreeze products and their availability:
Revolution antifreeze exceeds the requirements of many european and international standards including: ASTM D3306, SAE J 1034 & BS6580(1992) and will provide protection for up to 3 years. At dilution by 33% it will provide comprehensive protection down to -17oC. Revolution antifreeze is supplied in both blue and green. It is also available premixed at 50% with de-ionised water to provide long term calcium protection. Revolution antifreeze comes in sizes 1 litre, 5 litres, 20 litres, 205 litres and bulk delivery.
Red Antifreeze Long Life is an ethylene glycol based engine coolant concentrate, which uses Organic Acid Inhibitor Technology(OAIT) and is free from nitrites, amines, phosphates, borates and silicates. BTC classification Type 4E. Fleet trials have shown that when used at the correct concentration coolants based on OAIT continue to provide effective corrosion protection for up to 250,000 km for passenger cars and 500,000 km in commercial vehicles. Unlike traditional coolants which employ inorganic inhibitors Revolution long life antifreeze has excellent hard water stability and very low inhibitor depletion rates. At 33% dilution by volume it will provide protection down to -20oC.

Revolution long life antifreeze is compatible with other ethylene glycol based coolants and can be safely mixed with them. It is recommended that the cooling systems are drained and flushed with clean water before refilling. In the absence of a vehicle manufacturer’s advice we would recommend a dilution of 50% in good quality water.
Air Brake Antifreeze absorbs condensation and ensures protection against frozen air lines on trucks, buses and construction equipment. Anti-corrosive agents protect steel, rubber and brake line parts. It also contains a lubricant to minimize wear. Year-round usage is recommended for extra protection and safety. Available in 5 litres.
